Electroforming is a process in which nickel is deposited onto a mold and then separated to create (or replicate) nickel products. There are two application modes: 2D (ultra-thin flat) and 3D (three-dimensional electroforming). The 2D electroformed pieces can seamlessly integrate into your product design, with a minimum thickness of less than 0.1 mm. Combined with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) processes, they can achieve multi-colored, high-gloss effects.
